Five Six things to know before anything else:

  1. New here and wondering why anyone hosts during a Minnesota February? Read how the week works and why it's worth it.

  2. It's your event. You choose the idea, the format, the speakers, the venue, and the guest list. Twin Cities Climate Collaborative (TC3) coordinates the week: the calendar, the newsletter, and getting the word out. We don't run your event, and you don't need our permission to shape it.

  3. It's free to list, always. Hosting doesn't make you a member and doesn't cost anything.

→ Share an event idea: Still figuring it out? Check out the event pipeline, or send over an idea here. → Submit a ready event on Luma: already have a Luma page? Send it our way following these instructions.

  4. It just has to fit the week. That means Twin Cities metro (or online), February 1–5, 2027, listed on our Luma calendar, and following the code of conduct. That's the bar. It isn't a taste test.

  5. The listing freeze is January 25, 2027. After that, listings are locked so we can publish a daily guide.

  6. Afterward, you send us a few numbers. That's the deal, and it's how we can say anything true about the week once it's over (see After the week, below).
