| Nov–Dec | Lots of support. The MCW team joins every meeting to help set goals and rhythms. |
| Thu, Nov 26 | Thanksgiving. No meetings that week unless your team wants one. |
| Late Dec | Winter break. Your team decides the schedule. |
| Jan 2027 | Teams run more on their own. The MCW team steps back to check-ins. |

| Mon, Feb 1 to Fri, Feb 5, 2027 | Minneapolis Climate Week |
| Week of Feb 8, 2027 | Three-month mark. Each volunteer decides whether to stay on through spring. |
